Return Policy
All products on are covered by a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment from our warehouse unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any products needing to be replaced because of manufacturer error or any other stipulations covered under the manufacturers warranty must be resolved with the manufacturer after the initial 30-day period is over. For the first 30 days after the date of shipment from our warehouse, any items needing to be returned require the use of a Return Request Slip or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To generate a Return Request Slip, login to your eTopia3 account by clicking the "Login" button. Click the "Return Items" option from your customer menu and follow the instructions given. If a Return Request Slip cannot be generated, please contact by email at to obtain a RMA number. A support representative will reply to your inquiry with an appropriate RMA number and directions on where to return the product. All returns MUST be shipped via USPS. Products shipped via other carriers (such as FedEx or UPS) will be returned to sender. To encourage customers to buy items they intend to keep, a 15% restocking fee is applied to all refunds.

Products returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for refunds. Costs associated with returning the products are not the responsibility of as we do not manufacture the products and are not responsible for their defects. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After the product has been successfully received by, a refund of the amount due (cost of part plus tax) will be refunded to the customer using the means in which they paid for the product originally. Costs of shipping are not refunded. Product returned must be in the same condition in which it was received to receive a refund on the product. Product missing any part of its original contents will not be refunded unless/until receives the missing contents needed to complete the inventory of the returned product. All product that is to be returned must be returned in its entirety within the 30 allotted days to receive refund on the product.

Any products that are bundled together as a grouping for a discount are eligible for refund within the 30-day return period. All products included in the original bundle must be returned to receive a refund for the product. Any bundles returned that are not complete will not be processed for a refund until all parts and products of the bundle are received. The whole bundle of products must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of the product to be eligible for refund. will do its best to assist every customer with any needs or questions they have regarding returns of any defective product. Please contact the individual manufacturer of your product for assistance regarding returns and replacement after the 30-day period has expired. All products sold at are covered under their own individual manufacturer warranty. Physical Damage
Any product that is received with physical damage will be replaced for the same product upon return of the defective product to Any product that is received with physical damage must be immediately reported to to start the replacement process. will split the shipping costs of returning and replacing the product with the customer as a sign of good will. Please contact to report a product that has been received with any physical damage. Physical damage to any product purchased at that was not reported upon receipt of the product will void the return policy on the product. We can not return products to the manufacturer that have been damaged outside of normal use of the product or damage incurred upon transit to the customer. Physical damage of this type constitutes but is not limited to any improper handling and/or any damage sustained to the product through improper usage. Any returned products that are inspected and found to have incurred damage that is not within these normal use limits will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Software Returns
Software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the shipping date if the packaging on the software is unopened and has not been tampered with. Software that has been opened can not be returned for a refund. If you find that the software is damaged, contact immediately at and we will offer an RMA number in order to get replacement software following the return of the software to us. is not responsible for any problems due to system incompatibility with your software and that is not a valid reason for the replacement of the software.
