eTopia3.com collects information through our Web site at several points. When creating an account or placing an order, we collect your name, address, email address, and phone number for the sole purpose of keeping record of your order so that we may fulfill your request. However, to receive our products and services, we will require your name, address, and an email address or phone number--otherwise we will not know where to send your purchase. eTopia3.com does NOT sell your information to any third parties. However, to process credit cards and ship packages, we must employee third parties to perform these services on our behalf. These third parties have limited access to your information and may not use it for any other purposes. We also protect this information by transferring it over a secure connection.
To properly process your credit card payment, we must share your address and credit card information with our merchant bank. To have your product shipped, we must share your name and address with our shipment processor. We do NOT share the information we collect with any other third parties.
Access to Information
eTopia3.com strives to maintain the accuracy of our information, but it is the user's responsibility to update their address, email address, phone number, and other changes. Users may access their own personal information and correct inaccuracies by clicking the "Account" icon near the top of the site, and then choosing the option to "change your account information". Users may delete their information from our database by emailing the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. This process usually happens within 1-2 business days.

Data Storage and Security
eTopia3.com goes to great lengths to ensure that sensitive information stays secure. When placing an order, all sensitive information (such as your credit card number) is transferred using SSL--a protocol that first encrypts the information being sent and prevents "eavesdropping". SSL is currently the industry standard method for securely transferring data. Our server and database are stored in a secure location and behind a state-of-the-art Cisco PIX firewall. Our employees have limited access to the information we collect. Only the highest level administrators have access to your complete account information, and only you have access to your password. We do not store your credit card information.
